Step 1: Fill out our inquiry form Tell us your wedding date, location in Vail, number of people getting hair and makeup, and any style notes. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
Step 2: Chat about your vision We’ll hop on a call to discuss your aesthetic, answer questions, and go over pricing and logistics. This is where we make sure we’re the right fit for your day.
Step 3: Book your trial (optional but recommended) Schedule a trial at PLC Beauty Bar in Denver. You’ll get your exact wedding day look, and we’ll have your vision locked in. Most brides book trials 6-8 weeks before the wedding.
Step 4: Sign your contract & pay deposit We’ll send over a contract with all services, fees, travel logistics, and timing. A 50% deposit holds your date.
Step 5: Wedding day magic We arrive early, set up at your location, and get to work making you feel absolutely stunning. You relax. We handle everything else.

Q: What time will you arrive on wedding day? A: We’ll coordinate with you based on your timeline and desired photos. Typically, we arrive 2-3 hours before your ceremony to ensure plenty of time for hair and makeup.
Q: Do you offer touch-ups during the event? A: Yes, for the bride. We include one touch-up visit during your reception to freshen up makeup and hair as needed.
Q: What if I’m not sure what look I want? A: That’s exactly what trials are for. We’ll work with you to explore options and create a look that feels like the best, most confident version of you.
Q: Do you have experience with [my specific style—boho, classic glam, etc.]? A: We specialize in all styles, from soft, romantic glam to bold, statement beauty. In our initial consultation, we’ll make sure we’re aligned on your aesthetic.
